Banting Research Center MCC Replacement, Ottawa, ON (2009):
Replacement design of nine motor control centers (MCC) each with 10-30 starters controlling pumps and motors throughout the building. Provided a sequence of installation to minimize shutdown time of motors and considered solutions to minimize normal building operations. (Completed with WBBP)
Central Experimental Farm Laboratory Fit-up, Ottawa, ON (2008):
Relocation of existing laboratory to new space with upgraded services. Provided construction documents to meet client requirements. Systems included power, lighting, telecommunications, and fire alarm. (Completed with WBBP).
MacDonald Cartier Data Center New Generator, Ottawa, ON (2008):
Upgrade to emergency power distribution system with installation of 2.0 mW generator and associated equipment in order to increase supply capacity, improve system reliability to provide redundant continuous distribution. (Completed with WBBP).
